Doncaster Council is recruiting an Ambition Coach to help adults with learning disabilities or neurodiversity move into paid employment. You will work with candidates, families and employers, delivering coaching sessions and using the SEQF framework to tailor each journey.
The role supports flexible and hybrid working, with three days in the office when required. DBS clearance at Enhanced Level is required, and candidates should be prepared to travel across Doncaster.

Together, we follow the 5-stage Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) to ensure every candidate’s journey is structured, strengths-based, and tailored to their individual aspirations.
