Job summary

Lezzat Ltd. is seeking an experienced Amazon VA to join our remote team. You will upload and manage listings on Seller & Vendor Central, implement approved content, and run regular account health checks to ensure compliance.

We value strong English communication, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with precision. Collaboration with clients and staying current on Amazon tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an Amazon VA or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon tools and workflows.
• Highly organized—you can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
• Advanced Excel skills (this is non-negotiable).
• Familiar with tools like Asana or other project management platforms.
• Sharp attention to detail + analytical mindset.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Great with people—you communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage listings across Amazon Seller & Vendor Central.
• Implement new content provided by the team.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly account health checks (policy violations, warnings, etc.).
• Perform regular audits to ensure listings are optimized and compliant.
• Coordinate with clients on operational needs (shipping questions, content updates, etc.).
• Stay updated on Amazon trends, tools, and best practices.
• Review listings, landing pages, and product details against quality checklists.
