Intelligent Change Inc. in London, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to drive growth across our Amazon channel.

You will optimise listings, manage PPC, analyse performance and collaborate with marketing, product development and operations to maximise profitability. The role demands a proven track record running high-volume SKUs, data-driven decision making, and hands-on experience with Helium10/Jungle Scout or equivalent tools.

Qualifications

• Proven data management and analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing and selling on Amazon.
• Ability to work independently in a fluid environment and manage multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in wellness or mindfulness space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results: maximise profitability through marketing, sales and merchandising strategies.
• Manage performance and profitability across marketplaces via organic and paid activities.
• Optimise content listings for SEO, improve titles and descriptions, and coordinate with Creative team.
• PPC management for the portfolio in line with KPIs.
• Execute promotions and track key metrics.
• Analyse market research and voice of customer to drive growth.
• Forecast and manage inventory to maintain premium shipping eligibility.
• Report marketplaces performance and health metrics daily/weekly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on Amazon.
• Stay up-to-date on policies and best practices to maintain account health.
