MinsterFB is looking for a Digital Advertising Executive. To support their strong growth (3x increase in revenue and employees over the past 3 years), they are seeking a numerate, hardworking, online-savvy individual to help drive growth for their clients on the Amazon platform. You will design and execute digital campaigns within a supportive learning environment. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop digital marketing skills by building, optimizing, and managing Amazon online advertising.

Amazon Advertising is a sophisticated, primarily pay-per-click demand generation system within the world's largest online retailer.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Specifying and executing online advertising campaigns on behalf of clients through the Amazon Advertising platform in the UK, Europe, and globally
• Reporting on performance metrics of search terms, ads, and campaigns
• Optimizing campaigns with digital optimization platforms
• Researching clients' products, competitors, and markets

Key Skills

• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
• Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Degree in a field related to IT, Maths, Data Management, or Digital Marketing
• Alternatively, relevant experience in a similar environment if not a graduate
• Five GCSEs grades C–A* (or 4–9), including Maths and English
• Previous advertising experience is not required as full training will be provided

Location

• Office-based in Southwell, with at least two days a week in the office; remote work is possible but requires regular contact via Zoom and MS Teams
• Initial two weeks in the office daily for onboarding and team integration

Salary & Benefits

• £24,570 per annum
• 33 days holiday (including bank/public holidays)
• 3 pm finish on Fridays

Job Details

• Hours: Monday–Thursday 9 am–5:30 pm; Friday 9 am–3 pm
• Remote work permitted up to 4 weeks per year, depending on internet connectivity
• Entitlement to a 3-month unpaid sabbatical after 4 years of employment
