Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an Amazon Connect Lead Developer for a hybrid role based in Havant, United Kingdom. You will own the end-to-end delivery of user stories related to Amazon Connect, from design through deployment, working across teams to ensure seamless contact center automation.

The role requires experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and NodeJS, with additional familiarity in Terraform and TypeScript as advantageous. You will collaborate daily to evolve our contact flows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Connect instance setup and IVR design.
• Proficient in AWS Lambda and NodeJS.
• Able to design contact flows and routing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon Connect development and deliver user stories end-to-end.
• Daily work on user stories design and deployment tasks.
