ArrowXL Limited is recruiting a Warehouse First Line Manager for the AM shift in our busy warehouse in Airdrie. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth operations, loading delivery crews for optimal service, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent coaching, and the ability to drive performance against KPIs while maintaining stock accuracy and hygiene. DBS checks apply and a confidential chat can be arranged.
