Job summary

Watts Farms is seeking an AM Transport Supervisor to lead the transport operation from our Mills Road site in Aylesford. You will oversee route planning, driver rosters and ensuring timely deliveries.

This full-time, permanent role requires flexible hours (Tue–Sat, 3am–12:30pm) with a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience. A full driving licence is essential and you will excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing defect sheets and planning route deliveries.
• Swap and change drivers on routes if sickness occurs.
• Take out deliveries or routes if required.
• Booking in vehicle repairs.
• Updating driver rostas.
• Reviewing drivers time sheets and working hours.
• Completing Driving assessments.
• Assisting the advisor team with customer queries.
• Maintenance administration.
• Training and development of team members.
• Communication, engagement and management of team members.
• Making customer deliveries when the business requires it.

Job Title: AM Driver Supervisor

Location: Unit 14 Quarry Wood Industrial Estate, Mills Road, Aylesford, ME20 7NA

Salary: £40,000

Do you have experience in the Transport and Logistics sector and looking for a new challenge? Our Transport department are seeking a AM Transport Supervisor to join their team to assist with the running of the Transport operation!

Core working hours for the Transport Supervisor role will be Tuesday to Saturday 3am until 12.30pm but a degree of flexibility will be required.

You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and effective working in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing:

• Reviewing defect sheets & planning of route deliveries
• Ability to swap and change drivers on routes if sickness occurs
• Taking out deliveries or routes if required.
• Booking in vehicle repairs
• Updating driver rota’s
• Reviewing drivers time sheets and working hours
