Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside teachers and the support staff to foster a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment. You will help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally, with 1:1 and small-group support as needed.

The role involves assisting with learning activities, supporting individual learning plans, and promoting confidence, independence and social skills.
