Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic ALN teacher to support learners with Additional Learning Needs in a specialist secondary or inclusive setting in Wales. While ALN experience is essential, experience in a Resource Base is desirable but not required.

The role involves tailoring lessons to individual needs and working closely with support staff to create a calm, engaging classroom. The position is initially for one month, with a possibility to extend for the right candidate.

Job description

Some teaching roles are about delivering lessons. This one is about helping young people believe in themselves.

We\'re looking for a teacher to support learners with Additional Learning Needs within a specialist setting in a supportive secondary school. The ideal Teacher will have experience working with ALN pupils and, ideally, within a Resource Base environment, although this isn\'t essential.

We\'re open to applications from experienced Secondary Teachers, but we\'d also love to hear from strong Primary Teachers who have the right approach, adaptability, and passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

This role is initially for one month, with the possibility of continuing beyond this for the right person.
