TeacherActive Limited is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a school in Chepstow, working within the Learning Resource Base (LRB) to support children with ALN. The role is full-time for the full term, starting after October half term, with duties across the school day in collaboration with teachers.

The successful candidate will have ALN experience, plus a patient, communicative, and adaptable approach to supporting learning in a childcare/educational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with ALN.
• Previous experience supporting children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Ability to commit to a full-time role for the full term.
• Patient and supportive approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and adaptable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support children with ALN within the Learning Resource Base (LRB).
• Work alongside teaching staff to provide consistent and effective support.
• Support pupils throughout the school day.
