Job summary

Intec Select Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Allvue Business Analyst to support a major Private Credit transformation. The role focuses on delivering analysis across systems, data, and processes within a Private Credit/Alternative Credit environment, with a hybrid London-based arrangement for a four-month initial contract.

You will work with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, IT and Data teams to define business requirements, target operating models and data models, and support

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Credit / Alternative Credit asset management.
• Hands-on Allvue implementation or hands-on experience with Allvue.
• Strong business analysis across operations, processes and change.
• Proficient in process and data modelling.
• Deep understanding of Front Office and Middle Office in Asset Management.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations in Asset Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management with SMEs, tech teams and vendors.
• Ability to define target solutions, operating models and future-state processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis across systems, data and process change within our Private Credit/Alternative Credit environment.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Reporting, IT and Data teams to define and deliver business requirements.
• Support the Allvue implementation, working with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
• Define and document target Operating Models, Business Operating Models and Service Models.
• Capture future-state processes and map changes from current-state operating models.
• Assist in creating a common data model and ensure smooth data transition across Front, Middle and Back Office.

Requirements

• Strong experience within Private Credit / Alternative Credit Asset Management.
• Previous Allvue implementation or hands-on Allvue experience.
• Strong business analysis experience across operational, process and business change.
• Experience with process modelling and data modelling.
• Strong understanding of Front Office and Middle Office processes within Asset Management.
• Experience supporting the implementation of large-scale systems within Asset Management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with internal SMEs, technology teams and solution vendors.
• Experience defining target solutions, operating models and future-state processes.

Responsibilities

We are currently searching for an experienced Allvue Business Analyst to join a major Private Credit transformation programme. The initial contract will be for 4 months, supporting a wider 2-year programme focused on improving systems, data and processes across an Alternative Credit Asset Management environment. This role is based in London in a hybrid arrangement and sits within a broader Private Credit / Alternative Credit Asset Management transformation programme.
