Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan melts with HEC and HSA schedules to meet on-time delivery and inventory targets.
• Control inventory for customer revert and maximize usage in production.
• Raise sales orders for HEC&HSA in Oracle.
• Issue route cards to shop floor ensuring accurate customer instructions.
• Review route cards for quality and completeness.
• Record finished goods in EBS/Optimat and ensure shipping readiness.
• Reserve finished goods and billets for customer shipping dates.
• Track chemistry status and prioritize for the lab to meet shipping dates.
• Maintain Alloy inventory database with billet cell operators and foundry supervisors.
• Raise expense requisitions for shop floor needs.
• Provide holiday cover including charge calculation, scheduling, invoicing.

Job description

• Locations Alcoa Europe, Exeter, DEV, EX2 7LG, GB (On-site)
• Job Schedule Full time

Responsibilities

• Work directly with HEC and HSA schedule to plan melts to maintain OTD and meet inventory targets.
• Additional Inventory control for customer revert and maximum usage in production (HEC&HSA).
• Raise sales orders for HEC&HSA requirements in Oracle.
• Issue bar line and billet cell route cards to the shop floor ensuring customer requirements are accurately described and satisfied by the instructions.
• Review completed shop floor and billet cell route cards and ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Complete heats in EBS\Optimat to have finished goods accurately recorded and available for shipping.
• Reserve finished goods for all customers bar stock and billets for shipping to meet required shipping dates.
• Track chemistry complete status and identify priorities for the Chem lab to ensure shipping dates are met.
• Ensure Alloy inventory database system is maintained working directly with billet cell operators and HEC foundry supervisors to resolve issues.
• Raise Expense requisitions to order shop floor requirements as needed
• Provide Holiday Cover:
  • Charge calculation and Scheduling functions.
  • Billet cell invoicing and credits
