Job summary

Dune London is seeking a Merchandising Support role to help distribute new lines, replenish stock, and support the merchandise team with reporting and stock analysis across our London stores and online channels.

You will monitor stock levels, analyse top sellers by store, liaise with area managers, and assist with stock planning for sales events, aiming to maximise sales and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately distribute new lines to stores using the Range Plan set by the Merchandiser
• Use the system to replenish stock to maximise sales & Profit
• Monitor replenishment and adjust to maximise sales & Profit under guidance of the merchandise team
• Support the merchandise team with accurate reporting
• Knowledge of best and worst sellers; analyse best sellers by store
• Analyse branch sales to maximise sales & Profit potential
• Liaise with Area managers & flagship stores regarding stock and sales issues
• Conduct Store visits
• Drive Sales by identifying store performance trends, risks and opportunities and provide feedback to the merchandise teams
• Provide Analysis and feedback stock opportunities across stores and product areas to influence allocation strategy
• Assist Branch merch team to plan and allocate MD stock at sale times and manage stock levels into branches
• Drive Sales by contributing to Events planning (promotions, Christmas)
• Plan new branch stock packages to maximise sales and represent the brand positively
• Liaise with DC on allocations and picks/deliveries

About the role
