Allocations (Property Lettings) Team Leader

Role Overview

As one of two Allocations Team Leaders, you’ll play a key role in guiding and managing the Allocations team to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience for new and existing customers moving in and out of our homes.

Details

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £34,957 to £43,696 per annum plus a Car Allowance of £2,272 per annum (salary dependent on experience)

Location: Dartford, Kent (flexible working, including home and office), with travel as needed

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocations and property lettings processes in a housing association setting
  • Collaborate with the Empty Homes team to meet relet targets
  • Work with development teams for quick let of new build homes
  • Lead a high-performing team to meet KPIs and support team development
  • Ensure homes are let quickly, compliantly, and in line with policies and regulations
  • Support reporting, customer satisfaction, and minimize financial loss
Candidate Profile

Experience in managing property lettings, strong line management skills, and understanding of housing regulations are essential. Ability to work collaboratively and drive team performance is also required.
