Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen in Hauxton, Cambridge. The role is a temporary to permanent position with daytime hours, working Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00am to 2:00pm, and a £30,000 annual salary.

The successful candidate will be versatile, able to work across kitchen sections, and contribute to high standards of food hygiene and pastry tasks. A strong team player who can adapt to busy periods is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Chef de Partie level or equivalent experience.
• Strong fresh food experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Experience across a variety of kitchen sections.
• Basic pastry skills.
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
• High standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• A positive, flexible and hands-on attitude.

Aufgaben

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Working across different sections of the kitchen as required.
• Supporting food preparation and service.
• Assisting with basic pastry and dessert preparation.
• Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and consistency.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods.
• Following food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional kitchen.
• Assisting with deep cleaning and kitchen maintenance.
• Washing up and supporting general kitchen duties when required.
