Job summary

Loungers, part of the Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026, is hiring Chefs for Bardo Lounge. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. You’ll join a busy kitchen, delivering our all-day menu with consistency and high standards.

You’ll work alongside Head Chef, maintain prep and service flow, and ensure safety and quality from prep to plate. This role suits experienced Chefs seeking flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes and specs to deliver consistent quality.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
