Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Molino Lounge kitchen team. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Flexible contracts suit part-time or full-time feeders who want a supportive, vibrant kitchen

Join a growing brand with a friendly team, a busy all-day menu, and opportunities to progress. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards from prep through plating, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Energy, pace and a positive attitude; able to work under pressure.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
