Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Safeguarding Practitioner to support the Named Nurse/Professional and embedding a family-focused safeguarding approach across a designated hub. You will deliver expert safeguarding advice, contribute to staff training, and work within a multi-agency team to promote welfare and safety for children and adults.

The role requires current UK professional registration and experience in safeguarding, with travel across the

Qualifications

• Registered Professional on Part 1 of the NMC Register.
• Evidence of ongoing Professional development.
• Desirable Teaching and assessment of Specialist safeguarding training.

Responsabilités

• Identify safeguarding concerns and work with a multi-agency team.
• Support named nurse/professionals to meet statutory safeguarding duties.
• Deliver safeguarding training across the Trust to promote best practices.
• Travel across Hampshire and Isle of Wight to deliver safeguarding services.
