Morgan Hunt is recruiting an Alcohol Recovery Worker for a Hertford-based role on an initial 3-month contract. The position runs 37.5 hours per week with umbrella pay of £16-£22 per hour, depending on recovery experience, starting November 2026.

You will assess needs, develop personalised recovery plans and provide one-to-one support to help individuals overcome alcohol dependency, working with healthcare partners and safeguarding protocols.

Pay Rates - Dependent on Direct Recovery Experience

• Less than 12 months: £16-£18 per hour (umbrella)
• 1-3 years: £18-£20 per hour (umbrella)
• 3+ years: Up to £22 per hour (umbrella)
