Job summary

Gama Aviation Haywards Heath is seeking a Project Engineer - Airworthiness to manage CAMO projects and deliverables across the airworthiness lifecycle. Based at Haywards Heath with hybrid options, you will coordinate internal/external stakeholders and drive projects on time and within budget.

You’ll bring engineering project management experience, Excel skills, client facing ability, and a track record of handling multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within an Engineering environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Prior working experience as a project administrator.
• Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in commercial and contract negotiation processes.
• Experience defining and agreeing client requirements.
• Experience agreeing resource estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects through to completion on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain customer and stakeholder relationships with regular updates.
• Collaborate with sales to define requirements and handle change requests.
• Work with SMEs to collate resource estimates and schedules.
• Develop and implement project management plans and risk registers.
• Provide internal/external reporting including schedules, financials and quality metrics.
• Ensure resource availability is defined, allocated and monitored.
• Create and maintain project templates for deployment and bids.
