Job summary

Gama Aviation in Haywards Heath is seeking an Airworthiness Officer to support continued airworthiness across fixed wing and rotary aircraft. You will provide technical administration and ensure compliance with CAME and regulatory authorities, with a strong focus on accuracy and coordination.

No prior aviation experience is required; we value organisation, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn within a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administration duties in an office environment.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex instructions and actions required.
• IT literate with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Track maintenance items and ensure timely planning and compliance.
• Plan/Coordinate maintenance tasks and define requirements.
• Support maintenance input and resolve queries.
• Process completed maintenance and update CAMO systems.
• Assist with internal and external queries (NAA, customers).
• Assess AD/SB and create Engineering Orders.
• Assess damage, repairs, and modifications.
