Civil Aviation Authority is seeking an Airspace Regulation Project Specialist at Gatwick with hybrid work arrangements (2 days in office). The role supports the delivery of airspace projects under the UK Airspace Modernisation Strategy and coordinates with regulators, policy teams and industry partners.

You will manage plans, governance materials and stakeholder engagements while contributing to continuous improvement of services and systems in Airspace Regulation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects or programmes in a structured environment.
• Ability to coordinate with a range of stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining project documentation, plans, risks, issues and actions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Airspace Regulation projects and programmes.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs and action trackers.
• Prepare project reports, briefings, dashboards and governance materials.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues or dependencies where appropriate.
• Support the development and implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Assist with the management of project governance and assurance activities.
• Coordinate inputs from technical specialists, policy teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and ensure documentation is complete, accurate and auditable.
• Support the delivery of improvements to Airspace Regulation systems and digital services.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, regulatory submissions and project documentation.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues, industry stakeholders and government partners.
