Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor for Liverpool John Lennon Airport to manage night operations, coordinate nightly aircraft services, and enforce health and safety standards. The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and a four-on/four-off shift pattern, contributing to SLA performance and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will lead a labour-intensive team, communicate with airlines, and report to station management.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure service levels meet SLAs.
• Coordinate nightly aircraft services and on-time delivery.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
• Review operational reports to minimize costs and delays.
• Maintain paperwork/AV Clean per regulations.
• Assist with aircraft appearance duties.
• Attend mandatory training sessions.
• Prepare pre-shift briefings and communication.
• Support base manager with customer airline complaints.
• Manage staff assessments and training needs.
