Aviation Advisors Limited in Cardiff is seeking full-time security officers to start immediately. The role offers day, night and weekend shifts with flexible options (days or nights plus weekends) and a £3,000 joining bonus paid in December.

Permanent appointments are available with 45–60 hours per week guaranteed. Day shifts run 8:00–18:00, or 8:00–20:00 at £19.50/hour; Night shifts 20:00–08:00 at £22.50/hour; weekends and overtime at £25.50/hour. Weekly pay.

Responsabilidades

• Patrolling and securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure security.
• Monitoring surveillance systems: Observe CCTV to identify threats or unusual activity.
• Controlling access: Check IDs, log entries, regulate access to restricted areas.
• Responding to incidents: Investigate alarms, address emergencies, take action.
• Enforcing regulations: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Reporting and documentation: Maintain logs and communicate irregularities to relevant personnel.

We are looking for a number of full time security officers to start work in Cardiff.

£3000 joining bonus paid in December.

Permanent work offered.

Day , night and weekend shifts available

You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends

Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £19.50 hour

Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour

Weekends and overtime paid at £25.50 hour

We pay weekly every Friday.

45-60 hours per week guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
• Controlling Access: Checking identification, logging entries and exits, and regulating access to restricted areas.
• Responding to Incidents: Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking appropriate action to address safety or security concerns.
• Enforcing Regulations: Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
