Aviation Advisors Limited is recruiting for permanent security roles at Cardiff Airport with immediate start in November and December. Start pay is £22.50 per hour, with premium shift allowances and flexible rosters including days and nights.

Qualifications

• Pass a robust 1-year background check and a Criminal Record Check (CRC) to secure an airside pass.

• High attention to detail and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art X-ray equipment, body scanners, and biometric security systems.
• Manage queue flows with a calm, authoritative, yet welcoming presence.
• Conduct critical access control and security sweeps across terminals, airside zones, and secure perimeters.
• Act swiftly and professionally alongside emergency services if a security event arises.
