Job summary

Sodexo Live! at Manchester Airport Terminal 1 is hiring a Barista/Bartender to join our lounge team. You will set up service areas, prepare beverages and maintain lounge cleanliness, delivering friendly service to lounge customers.

You will work shifts with early and late patterns, and must demonstrate barista and bartending experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Barista and bartender experience required.
• Barista training completed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up service areas, arrange condiments, glasses and cups.
• Ensure all beverages are displayed according to specification and the coffee machine is ready.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and ensure seating areas meet the lounge plan.
• Provide efficient, friendly service and build rapport with customers.
• Liaise with kitchen and Emirates lounge team and assist as required.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
