Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Line Chef to join one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses. You will prepare and deliver dishes on the front line, whether grilling or handling the pasta section, while upholding company standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as an assistant chef or chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start as early as 3am.
• Be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver food on the front line of the kitchen (grill or pasta section).
• Create an atmosphere of excellence by following company standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Listen to feedback, manage time effectively, and collaborate with the team.
• Work independently during peak shifts and adapt to airport shift patterns.
