Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Line Chef to join our high-volume kitchen teams across airport venues and other sites. You will prepare and deliver delicious dishes on the front line, whether grilling or preparing pasta, while upholding our standards.

In a fast-paced airport setting, you will stay organised, reliable, and ready to adapt. Early starts around 3am are common, with shifts finishing accordingly, and you will collaborate closely with the team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an assistant chef or chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver delicious food on the front line, whether grill or pasta.
• Maintain high standards and guest satisfaction while following company procedures.
• Collaborate with the team and work independently during peak shifts, including early airport starts.
