Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Line Chef to join one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses. You will prepare and deliver delicious food on the front line of the kitchen, whether grilling or pasta, and help create memorable guest experiences.

The role offers early starts, airport shifts, and opportunities for training and progression within TRG's diverse portfolio. Reliability, teamwork and the ability to work independently during peak periods are valued by management.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as an assistant chef or a chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver food on the front line of the kitchen, grill or pasta section.
• Create an atmosphere of excellence and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow company standards and listen to feedback.
