Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Manager to lead delivery across UK projects from our Northamptonshire headquarters. You will shape the construction function, set delivery strategy and build capabilities to support growth, while ensuring safe, profitable and high-quality outcomes.

Based in Northampton with UK-wide travel, you will manage Project Managers and Site Managers, drive standards, interface across design, procurement and manufacturing, and

Qualifications

• Senior leadership across multiple UK construction projects.
• Strong planning, programme and delivery management.
• Thorough knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work 0-7.
• Capability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces.
• Experience with safety, risk and commercial delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across concurrent UK projects.
• Develop and implement construction standards and delivery strategy.
• Lead Project Managers and Site Managers and delivery teams.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
• Oversee design coordination, buildability and construction readiness.
