Job summary

ESP Global Services Ltd. is seeking an Airport Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot critical passenger processing and baggage systems at London Heathrow.

You will work in a live aviation environment, diagnosing hardware and software issues while supporting ongoing upgrades and technology projects. The role requires strong customer service, flexibility for night and weekend shifts, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, security‑conscious setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, desktop support, EUC, networking, infrastructure or similar technical environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and hardware support experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Brief Description

Location: London Heathrow Airport

Employment: 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Work Schedule: 4on, 4off from 04:00 - 16:00 & 10:00 - 22:00 + £160 shift allowance per month

As an Airport Engineer with ESP Global Services, you'll work in a live aviation environment, supporting the technology that keeps airlines, airport operations and passenger services moving. From check-in and boarding systems to automated bag drop and eGates, you'll gain specialist experience while solving technical challenges that directly impact the passenger journey.
