ABM is seeking a PRM Airside Driver at Manchester Airport, responsible for driving specialist vehicles to assist passengers with reduced mobility. The role involves maintaining vehicle safety, performing daily checks, and providing customer care in the terminal.
Applicants must have a full UK driving license and experience with larger vehicles is preferred. The shift pattern includes night and day shifts with a pay rate of £14.36 per hour.
Location: Manchester Airport
SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off (night shifts as well as day shifts), 40 hours per week
PAY RATE: £14.36 per hour
Reporting To: Operations Manager

Working as a member of the PRM Airside Driver Team, you will drive the Company’s specialist vehicles on the airfield to transfer passengers with reduced mobility (PRM’s) from the aircraft to the terminal building or from the terminal building to the aircraft. The Vehicles range from Minibuses to Class 2 rigid heavy good type vehicles (full training provided, you do not need a class 2 license), for which full training and instruction would be given. You will also be required to assist PRM’s onto the aircraft, to their seat or into the ABM vehicles or terminal buildings which involves passenger and manual handling techniques.
