Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking an Airline Reservations & Groups Consultant in Greater London. You will handle group sales, take calls from passengers and trade partners, and issue tickets/EMDs while generating reports. The role is office-based and full-time.

Requirements include at least two years in airline reservations, Sabre GDS experience, and strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a customer-focused, professional approach under pressure.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience in an airline reservations role.
• GDS knowledge preferably Sabre.
• Knowledge of fares and ticketing an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sabre, DDS and eSmash.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Group sales and reservations handling.
• Taking reservations calls from direct passengers and trade partners.
• Generating airline bookings, changes, ancillary, issuing/reissuing tickets/EMDs.
• Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets with reporting guidelines.
• Daily and monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation.
• Handling ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets.
• Taking calls from passengers and Travel Agents & Tour operators.
• Occasional face to face dealing with passengers.
