Job summary

Certain Advantage is recruiting for Airframe Fitters based in the Greater Manchester area. This permanent, site-based role offers a hands-on position in a small, experienced team dedicated to delivering high‑quality aerospace tooling and assembly solutions.

You will be responsible for assembly processes to aerospace quality standards, drilling, countersinking, riveting, sealing, fitting helicoils and bearings, and reading aerospace drawings to tight tolerances.

• Aerospace airframe / structural assembly exposure.
• Ability to read/understand drawings and aerospace specifications.

You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Assembly processes to aerospace quality standards
• Drilling, countersinking, riveting, use of sealants, fitting helicoils, bearing, bushes, etc.

The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

• Aerospace airframe / structural assembly exposure, preferably working within the aerospace industry
• Ability to read/understand drawings and aerospace specifications.
