Job summary

Succeed Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Airfares Ticketing Manager for a leading Tour Operator, based from West London, Peterborough or Birmingham. You will manage the ticketing team day-to-day, build relationships with GDS providers and drive aviation business forward.

The role involves liaising with e-sales customers and airlines, leveraging extensive airline and fares knowledge, and ensuring timely ticketing, reissues and ADM/ACM processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ticket department on a daily basis.
• Queue management – keep all queues up to date and confirm end-of-day actions.
• Monitor schedule changes and advise agents/customers; update bookings and back-office systems.
• Ensure tickets/re-issues are issued within deadlines.
• Process ADM & ACM; manage related reports.
• Assist with GDS relationships at operational level.
• Coordinate airline training with training department for reservations team.
• Maintain relationships with e-sales customers.
• Inform reservations/aftersales of disruptions and implement contingency plans.
• Cover the out-of-hours emergency line as part of a rota.
