Job summary

VES Ltd in Eastleigh is seeking an AirDoor Installation & Manufacturing Specialist to support on-site installations and factory manufacturing activities. You will help ensure high standards of quality, safety and professionalism across installation, commissioning and handover, while coordinating between site and factory teams.

The role spans unloading, positioning, fixing, testing, documentation and continuous improvement, with training in CSCS, IPAF and PASMA.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting on-site installations and factory manufacturing.
• Willingness to work across site and factory environments.
• CSCS, IPAF and PASMA training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and handover AirDoor products on site in line with plans.
• Follow health and safety procedures and site rules at all times.
• Identify and escalate installation or manufacturing issues promptly.
• Support quality checks, snagging and documentation.
• Assist in manufacturing tasks and pack prep when not on site.
• Collaborate with installation and manufacturing teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist with stock handling and tools preparation for site work.
