JMC Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Project Manager to lead base maintenance projects at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, reporting to Engineering Support. The role requires coordinating with Aircraft Check Managers and internal departments to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The candidate will manage schedules, cost, and change control, ensuring adherence to airworthiness standards and company procedures. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Pro-active project manager with problem-solving drive.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with customers.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulation, MOE, MEL and SRM.
• Working knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• PMQ/PMP/Prince2 desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement lifecycle management and project management processes for aircraft projects.
• Define roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for project delivery.
• Create and maintain Gantt charts with the team in daily task plans.
• Manage change, schedules and budget, coordinating with stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regular governance reviews.
• Run pre-input, daily customer and contract status meetings with all service providers.
