Job summary

Bombardier's London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is seeking an Aircraft Painter to support maintenance and production activities. You will read engineering drawings, prepare surfaces, apply primers and paints, mask areas, and ensure high-quality finishes in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Read engineering drawings to identify tasks for preparation and application of chemicals and paint to aircraft surfaces.
• Mask, unmask, and re-mask areas to protect windows and surfaces during painting.
• Apply primer/paint to aircraft surfaces and small parts; use metallic paint techniques.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to General Work Requirements and IPM documentation.
• Document work performed per Inspection Procedures Manual (IPM) and communicate any discrepancies.
• Support production, flight test, and other areas as required.
