Job summary

JMC Aviation is recruiting an Aircraft Mechanic for P145 maintenance activities in South Wales. The position is contract-based, located at St Athan, with shift patterns and strict safety/compliance focus.

Essential certificates include EWIS/FTS/HF and a valid work visa in the UK. Candidates should have at least 12 months base maintenance experience and hold a qualification certificate. Tooling will be provided for the role.

Qualifications

• 12 months minimum experience in Base maintenance since qualifying as Aircraft Mechanic.
• Qualification certificate is required.
• Valid EWIS, FTS & HF certificates.
• Initial safety (Human factors) certificate required.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Carry out maintenance tasks within the operation aligned with skills and training.
• Ensure quality is sustained per client requirements.

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for an Aircraft Mechanic to support a client with their P145 maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities

• To undertake any tasks within the maintenance operation that is in line with your individual skills, experience and training.
• To ensure quality is consistently sustained, in line with the clients’ requirements

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in Base maintenance since qualifying as an Aircraft Mechanic

Desirable:

• Previous experience of heavy maintenance on B737 and A320
