Skyborne Airline Academy is seeking an Aircraft Technician to maintain Diamond Aircraft fleets for Skyborne and external customers, ensuring safety and full compliance with all standards.

The role is based on-site at Gloucestershire Airport, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus a weekend on-call rota and standby payments. Travel to other Skyborne locations may be required as needed.

Qualificações

• General aviation maintenance experience essential.
• Experience on aircraft groups desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce maintenance records.
• Experience using computerized maintenance record systems.
• Familiarity with service bulletins and airworthiness directives.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
• Willingness to travel to locations where Skyborne aircraft may be displaced.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out scheduled maintenance on fleet aircraft.
• Conduct defect identification and rectification plus aircraft on ground support as required.
• Ensure Health & Safety and regulatory standards are met at all times.
• Support the operational flying programme to minimise aircraft downtime.
• Support compliance with UK CAA responsibilities as per approved Exposition.
• Ensure maintenance quality meets airworthiness standards and HF principles.
• Produce accurate maintenance records for work carried out.
• Support hangar cleanliness and organisation for safe working environment.
• Assist with aircraft handling, refuelling and valet duties.
• Follow the Company’s Safety policy and Just Culture.
