Job summary

Bombardier Interiors Mechanic (Night Shift) at the Biggin Hill Service Center is responsible for fabricating, installing and refurbishing interior equipment and furnishings across aircraft. You will complete customer requests such as carpeting and upholstery on seats, side panels, glare shields, and cabinets, following all manuals and safety regulations.

• 5+ years of interiors experience
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally about aircraft status

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install and refurbish interior equipment and furnishings as per work orders
• Complete customer requests involving carpeting, upholstery, panels and cabinets
• Follow manuals and regulations; document all work performed
• Adhere to safety, 5-S and Bombardier work requirements
• Support off-site maintenance as needed
