Job summary

Outsource UK Limited is seeking an Aircraft Fabricator for an on-site role at RAF Marham. The position is a 16-month+ contract, working 37 hours per week with early mornings.

You will manufacture and modify aircraft components, read engineering drawings, and operate workshop machinery. The role requires precise fabrication, quality checks and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Experience with drilling, reaming, milling or grinding.
• Familiar with steel, aluminium and titanium.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Aircraft Fabricator Location: On-site, RAF Marham Contract: 16 months+ Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Hourly Rate: £23.38 PAYE or £31.34 Umbrella

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and modify aircraft components
• Carry out fabrication and assembly activities using engineering drawings
• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools
• Complete quality checks and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety, quality and company procedures

About You

• Experience within fabrication, manufacturing or aerospace environments
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings
• Experience with drilling, reaming, milling or grinding activities
• Familiar working with metals such as steel, aluminium and titanium
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in an Engineering discipline

Working Hours

37 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 Friday: 07:30 - 12:00 Shift work may be required
