Job summary

Thales Group is seeking an experienced Systems Architect to design and deliver architectures for airborne products from concept through delivery. You will model, analyse and trade off architectures, manage technical requirements and lead system verification planning within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will use MBSE approaches (SysML) and tools like IBM DOORS, Enterprise Architect, Capella or Rhapsody to document decisions and artefacts while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience with systems architecture for complex hardware/software products.
• Ability to derive and model architectures using MBSE methods (SysML preferred).
• Proven track record in requirements flow-down and verification planning.

Responsibilities

• Define candidate architectures for systems or subsystems.
• Model and document architecture decisions and trade-offs.
• Lead system verification planning and test method definition.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver programmes.
• Prepare technical documentation and design artefacts.
