Job summary

Octopus Energy Services is recruiting Plumbers to install Air Source Heat Pumps as part of a two-person team. From day one you’ll receive training to gain the skills needed to support our installation engineers at customers’ homes.

We’re looking for candidates with solid plumbing/heating experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. Training and development in renewables are a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical Engineering Services - Plumbing.
• Gas Qualifications CCN1 and CENWAT for a minimum of three years.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Experience on the wet side of domestic heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Install Air Source Heat Pumps as part of a two-person team.
• Prepare and install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators in customers' homes.
• Plan and communicate with the wider team and customers.
• Participate in ongoing training at our R&D centre.
