Job summary

Aira is seeking an experienced central heating service and repair engineer to join our nationwide UK network. You will perform scheduled and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and component replacement for Air Source Heat Pumps and related systems, ensuring top service for customers.

You will receive comprehensive training at the Aira Academy; qualifications in plumbing, gas and heat pump systems are valued. A thorough benefits package and a company van are part of the role.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 plumbing or equivalent is required.
• WRAS qualifications are required.
• Unvented hot water qualifications (Part G) are required.
• Gas qualifications are required.
• Experience in central heating fault finding, service and repair (Gas or Renewables) is required.
• Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators is required.
• Desirable: NVQ Level 3 plumbing or equivalent; Level 3 heat pump system design; F-Gas Category 1.

Responsibilities

• Routine service and maintenance visits for Air Source Heat Pumps and related components.
• Scheduled and reactive repairs for Air Source Heat Pumps and unvented hot water cylinders.
• Fault-finding, repair, and replacement of system components including cylinders, radiators, pumps, manifolds, and valves.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers maximise their Clean Energy heating system.
