Job summary

Aira is seeking experienced central heating service and repair engineers to join our UK-wide team. You will perform routine service, maintenance and repairs on Air Source Heat Pumps, unvented cylinders and other components, while delivering top‑notch customer service.

Qualified engineers with NVQ Level 2 plumbing, WRAS, unvented water qualifications, and gas qualifications are encouraged to apply. Aira offers a branded van, tools, pension and development opportunities via the Aira Academy.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 plumbing and gas/renewables experience are essential.
WRAS and Unvented hot water qualifications required.
Gas qualifications and fault-finding experience across heating systems are needed.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine service and maintenance visits for Air Source Heat Pumps, unvented hot water cylinders, and other system components.
Perform scheduled and reactive repairs for Air Source Heat Pumps and unvented cylinders.
Identify faults and repair/replace system components including cylinders, radiators, pumps, manifolds and valves.
Deliver excellent customer service and help customers maximise their Clean Energy heating system.
