Job summary

GEODIS in the Heathrow area is seeking an Air Pricing Coordinator. This full-time, on-site role focuses on preparing and maintaining air freight quotes, surcharges, and tariffs in line with guidelines and market conditions.

You will collaborate with sales, review RFQs, gather carrier rates, and create tailored pricing proposals, while monitoring rate validity, supporting reporting, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret rate structures and market data.
• 2+ years of experience in air pricing and/or air operations.
• Effective communication with internal teams, carriers, and customers.

• Training or knowledge-sharing ability to support pricing tools.

• Proficiency with Excel and pricing/logistics software; CargoWise familiarity is a plus.
