Our client provides door-to-door logistics solutions for air, road, and sea freight services for both imports and exports, covering worldwide destinations. They are currently looking for an Air Import Clerk to join their operations team.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinate import customs clearance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
2. Manage customer interactions, quotations, bookings, customs documentation, final mile deliveries, and invoicing.
3. Maintain high service levels for all customers and proactively resolve queries.
4. Develop and refine procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CDS (Boxtop preferred but not necessary).
• Experience in perishable, cities, or carnets would be advantageous.
• Willingness to collaborate across different areas of the business.
