Job summary

System Hygienics Ltd is seeking a full-time Air Hygiene Supervisor to support our UK operations in maintaining indoor air quality and hygiene standards. The role covers ventilation system cleaning, kitchen extract cleaning, and adherence to TR19 and related guidance at multiple sites.

You will inspect fire dampers, install access doors per DW144, and contribute to a proactive maintenance program while ensuring safety and quality in all on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TR19 Grease for ventilation systems.
• Proficiency with TR19 cleaning techniques.
• Experience installing access doors in accordance with DW144.

Responsibilities

• Carry out kitchen extract system cleaning and canopy cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease.
• Carry out ventilation systems cleaning in accordance with TR19.
• Installation of access doors into ventilation system in accordance with DW144.
• Inspection of fire dampers in accordance with BS9999.
• Follow a preventative maintenance program as instructed.
• Maintain personal equipment & chemical stocks inventories.
• Undertake any other duties for the Regional Team’s output as required.

The Role

The duties of our Air Hygiene Supervisor will include, but are not limited to, working within the guidance provided by TR19 and associated company documents and guidance to ensure that any work on-site is safe and free from risks.

• Carry out kitchen extract system cleaning and canopy cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease.
• Carry out ventilation systems cleaning in accordance with TR19.
• Installation of access doors into ventilation system in accordance with DW144.
• Carry out inspection of the Fire dampers in accordance with BS9999
• Follow a preventative maintenance program as instructed.
• Maintain personal equipment & chemical stocks inventories.
• You will also be expected to undertake any other duties associated with the Regional Team’s output as required.
