Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking a multi-skilled Air Hygiene / Fire Damper Engineer to join our Leeds area team. The role requires conducting TR19 compliance cleans, fire damper logging and testing, and servicing AHUs with attention to detail.

You should be flexible to travel across the North of England and be comfortable working with a range of clients in the compliance sector. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in air hygiene and fire damper work, with BESA Air Hygiene and Fire

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as Air Hygiene / Fire Damper Engineer.
• BESA Air Hygiene Ticket and Fire Damper qualification preferred.
• Good knowledge of TR19 and BS9999 guidelines.
• Travel flexibility as per company needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and logging fire dampers on a PDA.
• Grease extract and canopy cleans.
• AHU servicing and cleaning.
• Fire damper testing.
• Fitting access doors / panels.
• Identifying required remedial works.
• Producing detailed technical service reports.
• Maintaining high standards of work.

Job Title: Air Hygiene / Fire Damper Engineer

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary/Benefits: £27k – £38k + Training & Benefits

Due to recently winning new commercial contracts, our client is recruiting for a multi-skilled Air Hygiene / Fire Damper Engineer. Ideally, they are seeking someone who is flexible to travel in line with company needs, and can consider candidates from the North of England. You will be responsible for conducing TR19 compliance cleans, in addition to fire damper logging and testing. Our client is a medium-sized compliance specialist, who have a growing presence and recognised name within the industry. Experience / Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working as an Air Hygiene / Fire Damper Engineer
• Ideally will hold the BESA Air Hygiene Ticket and the Fire Damper qualification
• Good working knowledge of TR19 and BS9999 guidelines
• Flexible to travel in line with company needs
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Hardworking attitude
